Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter salted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag 16 oz frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Melt the Butter and Honey:

  • In a skillet, melt the butter and honey over medium-high heat.

Cook the Corn:

  • Once melted, add the frozen corn to the skillet.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.

Add the Cream Cheese and Seasoning:

  • Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  • Stir to combine and let it cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in a covered container in the fridge.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 6 servings, but if you're serving little kids, you may be able to get 8 servings from it.
  • Corn Variety: While gold n' white corn is preferred, you can use any frozen corn, as long as it's a 1 lb (16 oz) bag.
