In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until the mixture is well combined and the sugar has dissolved. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly.

Pour half of the sauce over the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through and basting with the remaining sauce.

Remove the wings from the oven, and if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.

Serve the caramelized baked chicken wings hot as an appetizer or part of a meal.

This recipe combines the savory flavors of soy sauce and Dijon mustard with the sweetness of honey, creating a delicious caramelized coating on the baked chicken wings. Adjust the seasoning and sweetness to suit your taste preferences. Enjoy!
