In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Brown the cube steaks on both sides, working in batches if necessary. This step helps to seal in the flavors and adds a nice crust to the meat.

Once browned, transfer the cube steaks to the slow cooker.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook for a few minutes until the onions are softened.

Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Pour the onion and broth mixture over the cube steaks in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cube steaks are tender and cooked through.

Serve the cube steaks with the delicious gravy created during the cooking process. You can pair them with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your crockpot cube steak!
